Os version: Gentoo Linux

Description of the issue:

I'd like to help provide a download page of regional presets for walls / doors / etc.

I can help provide one for Australia. If you'd like, I can put it on the OSArch wiki. Otherwise, it may make sense to make it available on the Archipack website for download, next to material presets.

Agree on that, imperial based presets also are needed.
