You can try maybe something relate to a coding icon, or maybe take the initials and morph it with a coding icon

Adding to this.. how about using <{()}> as brackets in html, css and js?

Try to keep its aspect ratio 1:1, so that the same can be used as the favicon and doesn't look to cluttered at small size
