Not working after recent patch(es)

I have a custom set for lee sin only and I want to do insta-cast on (W, R and 4) so in a combat they are used on press and not on release or even worse on on mouse click after on release (2 actions needed for this..) but when i do this (see image) and go into practise tool, what "dark binding" does is, it resets my preset back to default...

Is this a break from riot or maybe you need to update?

alttough i have set the above mentioned keys to be used as shift + and only
