Authentication Failure

Hello, I have a problem with authentication, somebody can help me?

When I try to run, I receive this message:

AADSTS50034: The user account {EmailHidden} does not exist in the mayemaildomain.com.br directory. To sign into this application, the account must be added to the directory.

First, thanks for the help. Can you give me more details? I researched a lot but I still couldn't understand the problem. I can log in to SharePoint Web with this email and password but I cannot authenticate using the library on my local machine.
