Ar 6 1 fix frozen error

With Rails 6.1 args[0] is frozen when it is an empty array.

It is not related to https://github.com/rzane/baby_squeel/pull/122 but I build on top of it so there are no conflicts after mergin the first one.

@rzane I have been testing this branch with Rails 6.1 for a while now and I think its ready to go.

Would you mind merging and releasing a new version.
