Support for Nvidia PerfHUD

Here is a patch that allows you to use nvidia perfhud with D3D on ryzom. ( https://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-perfhud )

Note: _DeviceInterface->Reset caused it to crash when using perfhud, should we be resetting normally?
