GDB Stub does not work on ARM Macs

Issue

GDB is not supported on Apple silicon, and so the GDB Stub debug feature does nothing on ARM macs, whether enabled int the GUI or through the command line. It should either be removed / grayed out on apple silicon or replaced with a functional solution, perhaps using lldb.
