Omega controller not working

Description of Issue

I have a Omega USB controller, it used to work with a 2022 Citra build, but got broken on the latest Citra builds and is also broken on this fork and others. My controller looks like this one but with PS-like shapes and just the omega logo on white. There are more omega controllers that look very similar, like a rounded button for the analog toggle.

Expected Behavior

On the '22 build I use the automatic detection, hit any button and everything gets assigned correctly, here not even manually, in other forks I even get a warning saying nothing was detected, here nothing shows.

Just plug the controller, then open the program, go to config > input
