SSID Detection or Spoof SSID Detection

What feature are you suggesting?
The ability for the 3ds to detect networks/SSIDs, or the ability to spoof this type of thing within Lime3ds. Not to connect to any specific network, just in general some type of signal to stimulate that part of the 3DS, usefulness may be limited to a very small handful of games and the system settings in the home menu.
Why would this feature be useful?
This is mostly pertaining to The Denpa Men series of videogames, as there is a key feature in that videogame that is called the "Antenna Tower", which is vital to making progression in the game. So while the game may run fine, and you can technically progress using alternative methods (QR codes exist so you can technically bypass this), it can't really be played as one would on the 3ds. Being able to spoof multiple networks would allow this game to be played relatively consistently. Unsure how to get a log file specifically for this instance, as it does not crash and I'm unsure when it checks for this type of thing.
Regarding the home menu, it's impossible to do this currently as well, unable to see SSID's, search for a network, or test a connection, it just hangs indefinitely if much is done with the connections.
Video of the error happening in one of these games, happens in every game in the series currently. https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/e36319b4-351e-4f45-8afe-d9bdbf613b8c

While this is an extremely niche issue, I don't see any harm in eventually adding this for the sake of completeness. It can likely be added to a Misc section of the System settings category. This will not be a prioritized issue, and will require an external submission to be implemented.
