Kirby Triple Deluxe & Planet Robobot flickering

Description of Issue
When playing Kirby Triple Deluxe or Robobot, when both, Vulkan + Enable Hardware Shader + Async Shader compilation are enabled, the bottom 3DS screen is briefly visible (flickering) on the top screen. There was an issue on the old repo about this too, other people had the same problem.

(reproduced in this video by loading a savestate, hence the freezing)
Expected Behavior
The bottom screen does not under any circumstances become visible on the top screen.
Reproduction Steps
Play the game with these settings for a bit, it happens in all stages but not in any reliable spot as far as i can find.
An easier way to reproduce it, is to make a savestate while in a level, and load it. The bottom screen will then always flicker onto the topscreen immediately upon loading.

This issue still exists after loading a save state. I never have it any other time but I have stopped using save states on Kirby for this reason.
