android: Add bottom screen transparency option present on desktop
Is there an existing issue for this?

What feature are you suggesting?
Add screen transparency option to make better use of screen space.
Why would this feature be useful?
For most 3DS games, the bottom screen is used to display information. When emulating on a 4:3 or 3:2 aspect ratio screen, the bottom screen often takes up a large portion of the space.
So, the desired new feature is to add the capability to adjust the transparency of each screen. For example, setting the transparency of the bottom screen to 50% would allow it to be overlaid directly in the upper left or upper right corner of the main screen.
This effect is similar to the map indicator feature found in modern games.Due to its transparent nature, it would not obstruct the display of the main screen content, it also easy to view information on the bottom screen.
Doesn't this feature already exist?
I tried looking for that option on the android version and couldn't find it, even in the config.ini file

I don't think it's on the Android version, which I hadn't realized until now. I'll assume that's what the original author is referring to.
@OpenSauce04 Sorry, it might not have been described clearly, I mean adding this feature to the Android
Great suggestion, though the fact it works only in OpenGL is not good. Hopefully devs make it work in Vulkan soon and port the feature to Android ver.
