Same for me with SP8 when my other device isn't affected. I'm also experiencing the same thing. (`performance` governor automatically kicks in when there is AC power connected and `schedutil` and way slower with performance governor ironically due to the frequency...

Follow up on my comment above, I'm experiencing this issue even without `auto-cpufreq` being used and now I see some search result that people report their Linux machine slow down...
