Stop the particle function(s) when not on screen?

The ability to disable the particles when they are not on-screen. I believe this would help https://github.com/VincentGarreau/particles.js/issues/158

This appears to have been fixed when compiling the latest source. However, the npm version has not yet been updated with the fixed version. @ryuKKu-

@ryuKKu- just commenting here as a reminder to update the npm version based on the most recent source. Experiencing performance issues when using version 1.0.4
