[Feature Request] Default language, and language dropdown when writing posts/comments

When using the native lemmy-ui, you get the option to select your language. This defaults to the top listed language you have selected as an option for yourself. Usually this is "Undetermined"

I'd like the language dropdown available, and I'd also like to be able to select my default language so I can select "English"
