Any plans or options for an API?

I really Like the update with the ui-icons for navigation! Wondering if there is anAPI or option to open a lightbox programatically, i.e as in PrettyPhoto's API, for example:

$.rlightbox.open();

Of course, I can add API in the next version.

I'm wondering if there's a way I can open rlightbox programatically yet or is this still in the works? Thanks :)

I’m working slowly on a new version but can’t tell when it is ready. API is on my TODO.
