Auto Scroll once thru?

Hi, was wondering if it's possible to have it auto scroll one time and then shut off? Thank you so much for this feature, i look forward to donating to it when my site is up!

I think that it could be achieved when https://github.com/ryrych/rcarousel/issues/33 is implemented.
