I installed the app from [Flathub](https://flathub.org/apps/de.manuel_kehl.go-for-it) on Ubuntu 23.10: 

The version is the latest one, ` V1.9.6 on Nov 25, 2021`

Closing as fixed in #2205—it looks like the `Fixes` keyword in the PR didn't work here, maybe because the target branch is not main. Thank you @zeebok for the fix!

@Angedestenebres A new version of Code has not released yet, so the issue still occurs.

@Philip-Scott One thing I'd like to confirm, do we submit the flatpaked Tweaks to AppCenter or keep it self-hosted? I read https://github.com/elementary-tweaks/elementary-tweaks/issues/48#issuecomment-306370803 and you're right. Tweaks still read/write system preferences...
