Hmm, seems like putting the icon theme in `~/.icons` it works, but don't work in `~/.local/share/icons`. I'll take a look at this.

According to [ArchWiki](https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Cursor_themes), cursors in `~/.local/share/icons` is not loaded by default on Wayland. But elementary OS Odin is still running on X11.

Hmm, I installed Pantheon on Fedora 36 and found Pantheon Tweaks was installed at the same time automatically, maybe it's already embedded in the Pantheon Desktop community package for Fedora?...

I installed the deb-packaged one from AppCenter. Surely these dialogs look good when I select Adwaita for theme in GTK Inspector.
