Losing Points on my Commit Trophy for no apparent reason.

I'm losing rank points for no reason apparently, I had like more than 600 points, now I'm down to 584 points on my commit's trophy. I haven't deleted any commits neither; However, I have some private repository(since forever), but points have always been counting for signed commits in this private repo.

Question: Has there been a change or nerf in how github users make points? My github profile for reference: https://github.com/srmfx
