An annoying issue exists, you can edit binary files (such as Jar files) in file manager. It takes a relatively large amount of time for it to be read, and you cannot do much of anything in the meantime. It would be nice if you would just completely ban modifying binary files (such as Jar files) in file manager. Or you could add an option in the JPanel configuration file to disable it.
