just wanted to leave this here.

This project looks like it could solve some headaches in some fringe edge cases. I checked it with the hetzner cloud volumes plugin (https://github.com/costela/docker-volume-hetzner) and it actually solves the issue of having multiple containers attached to the same volume which you need for some containerized software.
