Confectioner Creation

Create a new Micro Establishment for a Confectionary inside of goodsAndServices.js using the existing Bakery template.

These buildings should have at least 3 items for sale, at least 5 choices in each list and be fleshed out enough that others could easily contribute to the random lists at a later date.

Apologies, @dcorriveau! I've been busy getting ready for a wedding. Your pull request is great. if you are trying to get 4 pull requests in before Hacktoberfest ends please feel free to make minor changes to other files and submit as pull requests, I'll approve them :)

I would like to throw my options in the hat for the confectionary items for sale. How about mini-cupcakes, beignets, apple-cider donuts, donut holes, and salt-water taffy? I'm not sure if this is the direction you were intending on going with it but I really wanted to help after finding EEEG and wanting to contribute in some way.
