showing child pages of pages

Recent added "show child item only option" is great but it work only for current page level. incase if i have sub pages of sub pages it does not work.

as you can see top query shows child pages but inner query loop (orange) is also showing same pages.

it will be great if it can show child pages of active loop page than current page.
