Add MEDIUM_BLOB and LONG_BLOB to bound type

When getting data from a column of type LONG TEXT returns unknown type 251. Binding a column of type MEDIUM BLOB, MEDIUM TEXT, LONG BLOB or LONG TEXT to Types.SqlByteString.
