Can the user interface be made compatible with BP 2.2 ?

This theme is excellent and offers immense possiblities. Is it possible to make it compatible with BP 2.2 or maybe a BP-compatible Mercury and a regular mercury like Thiam?

To test please install BP2.2, BP Activity Plus and BP Activity privacy 1.The river entries or activity stream entries get clumsily together as shown in this picture

2.The activity text input boxes look different in BP and WP - it will be great if they look similar
