folding keybinding?

Maybe I am missing it but I tried both the standard and the Emacs version of the org-mode editor and there does not seem to be any keybindings for folding and unfolding headings. I can understand how tab for as the default keybinding for folding/unfolding in Emacs could be problematic but even a modified shortcut would be preferred for the option of being able to navigate org documents without needing to use a mouse.

It should be possible to add this, but I don't have time to look into it. I'll accept a PR that does it.
