Not sure if this is possible, but if we could register Org Mode links [[Foo]] to be recognized by Obsidian, so that they would show up in Graph View, that would be quite excellent.

I just download Obsidian with your plugin just to see the graph with my org-files.

Only the files without and ID (level 0 heading) are shown in the graph.

I wouldn't expect any of them in the graph.
