Cydia crashes with Little12

So im not sure which option causes the crash because I can't really go and disable them since I'm in safe mode. I enabled the options iPad Multitasking and Recent Apps on dock. I'm on iPhone 7 plus

Restringing doesn’t fix the issue, you automatically enter safe mode

Anyways an update, I tested a few stuff and it turns out that enabling any of the iPad Settings makes the springboard go into safe mode
