Gets Stuck on an App

Sometimes I would get stuck in an app and can’t get out of it, even asking Siri to open another app doesn’t work, she says that she is unable to open it. I also tried going to the camera app through CC but it doesn’t work. The flashlight button does dim for a sec but goes back to being pressable. Even trying to edit a screenshot I took doesnt work, I couldn’t get into the editor, the screenshot rectangle can’t be pressed. Because of this, I had to restart my device and rejailbreak it through unc0ver...
