unotes only show .md files from first workspace folder

Hi Ryan

Thanks for making this extension, i love the way it works.

One issue that i've noticed is that it will only pull files from the first folder in a workspace (VS Code on Linux). If I open another folder in to the workspace the .md files within folder do not show in unotes.

Thanks Joseph. Unotes currently only supports a single workspace. I'll leave this as a feature request and hopefully be able to address it in the near future.

pls make it work for all folders, it's the best and only WYSIWYG markdown extension for vs code.
