Can you wrap Raneto with PhoneGap or such things to make offline mobile application?

I do not have any experience with JavaScript. But I am in need of something those are.

• Evernote replacement.
• Public notes.
• Easily to be published in any web hosting.
• Can be made into mobile application for offline viewing.

I am pretty sure that the first 3 things are possible. But I am not sure about the latest part. I never use PhoneGap, but in general I think that every website can be ported into an mobile application. Need your guidance here.

I agree, currently I'm trying to make a react native application for Raneto, not as a completely offline solution but as a client to get data from a Raneto server. I don't know when it's going to be ready but there is a need to make some Apis for that on Raneto server. I do this on my free/fun time so I can't promise anytime soon.

I'm open to it, especially with APIs There are many other things to cleanup first, so this is down the list a bit
