error running vocabulary expansion script

training script is able to restore the model using the three files: model.ckpt.meta, model.ckpt.index and model.ckpt.data-00000-of-00001 from the latest checkpoint but the vocabulary expansion script throws the IOException error stating no such file model.ckpt
