@JsonSnakeCase and/or @JsonIgnore annotations

I'm not sure how many Dropwizard-isms you want to put into this project, but it would be nice to support the @JsonSnakeCase and @JsonIgnore annotations when generating the models.

As a somewhat relevant update, pull request #29 includes support for @JsonIgnore.

As Konrad said, check out the carma fork (linked in the README now). They've basically taken over maintenance at this point. Unfortunately github doesn't provide a good way for me to redirect to them.
