Add M3U and M3U8 Support for the Player

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes. Just Audio simply cant Play .m3 and .m3u8 files.

Describe the solution you'd like Please find a way to support these both file types.

Describe alternatives you've considered The only alternate for me is to switch the library. I personally have no plan how can i do this.

Additional context Two example URL´s when you consider to add these booth filetype and you want to check it.

M3u8 is supported on Android and Apple, although at the same time Android and Apple support different subsets of m3u8 depending on the actual media it points to and what type of encryption if any. What platform are you trying to play this on?

@ryanheise hi, are there any plans to add m3u8 support for Windows and Linux also? For me it works fine on ios and android but on Windows I get an exception about unsupported byte stream

This repo is specifically for the Android/iOS/web implementations, although there are links in the README to other repos that have provided federated implementations for Windows and Linux (which have separate repos and issue pages).
