Turn off Verbosity?

Each hot restart brings pages and pages of text in the run console. This gets distracting after awhile. One has to scroll though pages and pages of text to troubleshoot problems.

Would love an easy way to turn off verbosity on and off through code.

It would be a good feature to have, although it may not be possible to silence some of the logs that come from the lower layers.
