Added Android Auto manifest entry for example app

Android Auto does not recognize the example app. For this reason I've added the necessary Android Auto meta-data entry to the manifest of the example app as described here: https://developer.android.com/training/cars/media/auto

Thanks, @ColinSchmale . There's probably a lot about Android Auto that should also be documented in the README, including this, but having the example demonstrate things correctly is good for now. I aim to merge this weekend.
