Add favicon

Thank you for a wonderful tool @ryanguill. I tend to write almost exclusively in Roam and paste the text to other apps and services. So roam-tools has been indispensable.

I have roam-tools pinned right next to roamresearch and I was wondering if we could add a favicon to make it more recognizable.

Something minimal and simple like this: roam-tools-favicon

I can make a pull request and add it if you agree?
