Change sphinx-markdown-tables (from GPL) to a more permissive license (at least LGPL)

Just want to confirm that you are intentionally prohibiting distribution of this package along with proprietary software. While GPL is certainly a valid license for a library, the LGPL is more common for libraries. Since you are extending on Sphynx it makes sense to use the same permissive license as that package (BSD).

The fact that sphinx-markdown-tables works under GLP-3.0 is being raised as an issue by the legal team from the company I work for. Worth mentioning that I'm not a lawyer and therefore I don't have the legal background to question their decision. Given that, I'd much appreciate a follow-up for this issue.
