As per the instructions from:

https://github.com/ryancramerdesign/ProcessWire/tree/master#upgrading-from-processwire-26

It mentions replacing the COPYRIGHT.txt and LICENSE.txt. Also the README.md file has changed in 2.7. Should the ability to handle these files be included?
