Automatic cleanup of upgrade backups

I think it would be great to have a cleanup option for removing all the .ModuleName folders. Maybe it could be set to automatically cleanup all but the last version, or a "Cleanup" button that is manually triggered when you want.

I guess this could also relate to PW wire/htaccess/index backups, althoughI am not so sure about this anymore. I actually like keeping these around for use with the PW version switcher in Tracy.

I also added a cleanup function to my Module Toolkit (https://processwire.com/talk/topic/8410-module-toolkit/?do=findComment&comment=112196), so no need to add it here.
