How can I set a specific sender email?

Some web hosting services require to set a specific sender email for the messages sent by php-mail function (for security reasons). Is there any way to set a specific sender for emails generated by FormTemplateProcessor other than rewriting the module code directly in the protected function ___sendEmail?
