New 'locales' folder in Shopify

Many thanks for the great plugin.

Shopify have updated their base directory structure to include a new folder called 'locales' (Shopify locales).

Any chance this can be updated in your plugin?

I'm super busy at the moment and won't be writing another Shopify theme for a couple months. Any chance you'd update it and submit a PR?

@ryanburnette I have tried updating grunt-shopify-theme.js to include 'locales', but can't seem to get it working.

Anything obvious I might be missing here? I'll take another look in the morning :)

I'll have to update the internal tasks. I don't know when I'll get around to it.
