EasyList Cookie List make nonworking site

When I log in to my account on the site https://www.arcgames.com/ru/games, the "Privacy policy Update Arc" banner appears. If Adguard EasyList Cookie List is enabled in Chrome, the site becomes nonworking (only the background is displayed on the site, all other elements are missing).
