@snyderp Like current prebake list, the Easylist cookie list will just hide the cookie div messages/consent dialogs. Some sites can't be fixed due to cookies being checked by a website...

Consent managers will include trackers (fingerprinting etc), maybe not block by default. But give an option for a user to block
Initial test, not seeing any empty space here. Signed up to some newsletters to try to force some adverts also. (Tested in Brave Beta 1.50.101) 
No problems replacing it, the main issue is that has many files; https://github.com/List-KR/List-KR/blob/master/filter-uBlockOrigin.txt we don't support include currently
Will need some modifications to add many lists, but will look into.
