Whitespace beneath <html>

Not 100% certain I have this right but I'm getting whitespace beneath the html/body. I know there's a fix but I'm not finding it at the moment.

I think this is a bug in Safari/WebKit and I haven't seen a fix for it. If you find one please let me know.

Just to let you know, I also have white space beneath the container/body, but it only show sometimes when you reload page and if you resize the window it get fixed.

I'll let you know if i find a solution.
