GitHub has disabled downloads. Need a replacement for that installation method.

Probably add as a build step to gh-pages and download straight from there (or something).

Since you have been tagging releases, you can use https://github.com/ryan-roemer/sphinx-bootstrap-theme/releases for the download links. What do you think?

AFAIK, the raw repo zip isn't usable straight up as a theme by Sphinx. I had to pre-package the zip in Fabric using https://github.com/ryan-roemer/sphinx-bootstrap-theme/blob/master/fabfile.py#L116-L140 to get something that is drop-in friendly for Sphinx.
