RTD build fails on version `v0.4.6`

Latest build on RTD fails with https://readthedocs.org/builds/sphinx-bootstrap-theme/2886670/

Looks like needs Python 3, which we can build in, but not entirely sure...

Is this still a problem? The latest build used python 3.5 and succeeded. Sometimes RTD has erroneous bugs that get fixed by simply re-building...

edit oh i see this was specifically v0.4.6. So it at least seems like it is fixed now?
