MSCatalog -allPages not working, not going to next page

While running the script with -allPages parameter, the scripts don't seem to go to the next page; so it keeps calling the first page and then stop at 1000 calls.

thats expected behavior since the site won't go past 1000 updates

I use this once per month (on MSFT's patch Tuesday). This month, it is not working for me either.

I am using a Search that returns 28 rows when tested on the Microsoft Update Catalog site (just enough to require two pages).
