How to do page transitions?

This seems like something that was in previous versions, but there doesn't seem to by any mention of it or how to do page transitions in the current elm-spa.

As someone using tailwindcss (or rather matheus23/elm-tailwind-modules) I put a fade-in animation on a wrapping div. But this is rather specific and I too miss the transitions that were in earlier versions. Did they use etaque/elm-transit?
