`notify-send` is not connected to `naughty` [Bug]

Describe the bug Using notify-send does not creates a notification through naughty, but just a plain one. Application notifications are displayed twice where it is first displayed with a notification from libnotify and then a notification from naughty

Expected behavior Notifications are managed by naughty
